Form 2 – To be submitted for filing a Provisional or Complete Specification.

Form 2 shall carry all detailed information regarding a Provisional or Complete Specification, such as

Title of Invention
Name, Nationality, Address of the Applicants
Preamble to the Invention (Provisional / Complete Specification’s shall start with the statements as mentioned below)
- Provisional Specification:
  - The following specification describes the invention………….
- Complete Specification:
  - The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
Description
Claims (should be started in a separate page):
- Not needed for provisional specifications
- Claims should start with “I / We Claim”……
