1. This is a notice of the refund policy of Inanse IP and Consultancy Services and is applicable solely for the payments made to us with regard to any services.
2. Our obligation of promise shall be completely executed only if you complete your payment on time as requested and as issued through a proforma invoice / quotation without any deviation; in case of any deviations in payment of the stated and agreed amount / fee or delay in issuing of documents on timely manner by you upon the requests made by us at any stage, we reserve the right to degrade you from the level of any services chosen to the next lower or the least level of services available or even cancel your signup for our services with/without intimation. In such cases no refund shall be made, which is of best suitability to us in order to safeguarding ourselves from losses.
3. No request for refund made after 48 hours from the date of payment shall be accepted.
4. Accepted refund requests shall be processed within 120 hours from receiving such requests (bank delays shall not be considered).
5. No fee shall be refunded to you at any stage after signing up the application, since we incur man hour expenses, third party payments and other associated expenses, which once initiated shall not be regained.
6. At any event if you have paid and made all necessary arrangements on time to us and still we have failed the accomplish our obligation as promised towards requisite filings, processing of the application further within the prescribed timelines from the Government, on providing the services pertaining to your subscription through the application within a period of 250 days from the date of sign up / date of commencement of the service (whichever is later), we are obliged to refund the entire sum (100% refund) of fee so paid. This obligation for refund shall be applicable only if the delay so caused is due to our incompetence or carelessness or reasons which fall under our control and not applicable if the delay is due to the timelines laid by the Government or unforeseen circumstances in processing the application from one stage to the other during the overall process which are not under our control.
7. Payments made to accounts of employees or through cash modes unless remitted to the account in your name shall not be considered to be received payments and we hold no liabilities in such cases over defaults. Payments shall strictly be made through e-payment modes or account deposits only directly to our current accounts so provided.
