Form 11 shall be filed to the Controller, requesting to interfere and give directions upon disputes between co-owners on cases such as licensing or sale or lease of a granted patent.
Such application shall be filed when,
- One or more of the co-owners of a patent are hindering the sale or license or lease of a patent in any manner not fit as per the law.
- If one or more of the co-owners fails to execute any instrument or documents relating sale or license or lease of a patent within 14 days from the request of other persons.
Form 11 shall contain the details as follows:
- State, Name, Address and Nationality of the Applicant of the Form.
- Patent No., Date of Grant, All Applicants’ Details.
- Reason for making the application
