Form 24 has to be filed by the applicant or patentee or opponent or any party, when anyone of them holds not to accept or considers that the decision of the Controller is not right, up on an event of any dispute on a patent application or patent regarding any matters pertaining to the patent or the patent application for which an enquiry or hearing is already carried out. Such an application shall be made along with a statement on which grounds the decision’s review is sought.
Such an application shall be made by any of the person involved within one month from the date of communication of such decision
In case an extension of time for making such an application is required, Form 4 requesting one month extension of time shall first be filed and then Form 24 shall be filed.
