- Whether applied for by any parties or not, if the Court requires scientific advisers report on matters of such infringement cases which are apart from law, the Court may at its discretion appoint a Scientific adviser to assist the Court in the proceedings of the Case.
- Remuneration for such scientific advisers shall be fixed by the Court, inclusive of the costs for preparation of reports along with a daily fee for any day on which the adviser may be required to attend before the Court; such remuneration shall be given out of the money provided by the Parliament by law for that purpose.
