- If any person is a minor or lunatic or disabled by any manner being incapable of making any statement or doing anything required as permitted under this act, the lawful guardian or committee or manager or any person appointed by the court within the jurisdiction of his property shall make such statements or do such things as required and permitted under this act on behalf of the person with disability.
- Such appointment of any person on behalf of the person with disability shall be made by the court upon a petition of any person interested in making such activities acting on behalf of the person.
