- In case of any grievance is presented to the appellate board by any person aggrieved to issue an order for making such changes by varying or deleting any entry in the register, for any of the following reasons, the Appellate board as it thinks fit may pass an order to the Controller on the same if by,
- absence or omission of any entry from the register or
- any entry is made in the register without sufficient reason or
- any wrong entry in the register or
- any fault or error in the entered data on the register
- The Appellate board may decide on any question essential to be decided regarding the rectification of the register. Notice of any application for such rectification shall be given to the Controller and the Controller is also entitled to appear before and be heard by the Appellate Board if so directed by the Board.
- Any order for rectification passed by the Appellate Board for rectification of the register shall be issued to the Controller and the Controller shall make the modifications in the register as directed after receiving the notice.
