1. No request for cancellation shall be accepted after 48 hours from the date and time of payment.

2. Accepted cancellation requests shall be processed within 120 hours from receiving such requests (bank delays shall not be considered).

3. Surcharges (if any) by the transaction service provider shall not be refunded upon cancellations.

4. No signups shall be cancelled at any stage after signing up the application, since we incur man hour expenses, third party payments and other associated expenses, which once initiated shall not be regained.
